Meg G. Crofton, age 69, first became one of our directors in July 2017. Ms. Crofton retired from The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) (“Disney”) in 2015, after a 35-year career with that company. From 2006 until 2013, she was President of Walt Disney World, the largest site in Disney’s Parks and Resorts division, and from 2011 until her retirement in 2015, she served as President of Disney’s Parks and Resorts Operations, U.S. and France. Since 2016, Ms. Crofton has served on the Board of Directors of Tupperware Brands Corporation (NYSE: TUP) (“Tupperware”) and currently serves as the chair of Tupperware’s nominating and corporate governance committee and on its compensation committee. Since March 2019, Ms. Crofton has served as a director of HCA Healthcare, Inc. (“HCA”) where she serves on HCA’s compensation committee as well as HCA’s patient safety and quality of care committee.
