Chad Crawford was named SVP, Culinary and Menu Strategy in July 2026 and has been a member of the Cracker Barrel management team since 2024. He oversees menu and culinary strategy, leading food innovation and menu optimization to create delicious food rooted in the brand's heritage and nostalgia while meeting evolving guest expectations.

Mr. Crawford’s food-forward track record includes more than 25 years of experience. He previously served as President of Maple Street Biscuit Company, and prior to that he held the position of Chief Brand Officer for Spotless Brands as well as at CKE Restaurants.

His experience also includes eight years with Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, where he advanced through a variety of leadership roles to become President of North America, as well as seven years with Burger King.

He currently sits on the board of Le Botaniste.

Mr. Crawford holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Gettysburg College.
