Heather H

Heather Hager was named Senior Vice President, Retail in February 2026, after joining Cracker Barrel as Vice President, Retail & Design in 2024. With retail serving as a powerful differentiator for the brand, Ms. Hager leads the retail organization at an enterprise level, strengthening alignment, agility, and execution while building on Cracker Barrel’s strong foundation.

Ms. Hager has more than 20 years of experience across retail and hospitality, with a background spanning retail design, brand and customer experience, strategy, and finance.

Prior to joining Cracker Barrel, Ms. Hager was President of Communitees, a retail consultancy, that grew brands’ impressions and profitability. She previously served as President of Ann Sacks, a manufacturer and retailer within Kohler. Earlier in her career, she spent 14 years at Starbucks Coffee Company, holding leadership roles across Strategy, Customer Experience, Brand, and Category Management, where she assembled and led the company’s first dedicated customer experience team. She also held finance and merchandise leadership roles at Limited Brands and began her career in business advisory services at PwC, focused on the retail and consumer goods sectors.

Ms. Hager holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from New York University, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University. She also earned an Associate of Arts in Interior Design, reflecting her passion for integrating design and business leadership.

Doug Hisel

Doug Hisel was named Senior Vice President, Store Operations in October 2025. He oversees all field operations of the company’s nearly 660 stores across 43 states as well as operations services and is responsible for ensuring the teams consistently deliver on the company’s commitment to food quality and guest experience.

Mr. Hisel is a nearly 20-year veteran of Cracker Barrel who has a strong ability to balance operational excellence with a deep understanding of people and Cracker Barrel’s processes and standards. Mr. Hisel started his Cracker Barrel career as an Associate Manager in Indianapolis, IN in 2007 and has served in various other operations roles of increasing responsibility, with his previous role as Vice President, Field Operations.

He attended Georgetown College.

Bruce Hoffmeister

Bruce Hoffmeister joined Cracker Barrel in January 2021 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for all aspects of the organization’s information technology, security and digital strategies and initiatives.

Mr. Hoffmeister worked at Marriott International for more than 30 years before joining Cracker Barrel. While there, he served in a number of finance and technology executive roles including his most recent role as Global Chief Information Officer.

Mr. Hoffmeister holds degrees in mathematics and biology from Thomas More College and earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

Jennifer M. Lankford

Jennifer M. Lankford was named Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Cracker Barrel in May 2026. She oversees the company’s legal function, including enterprise risk and compliance management, as well as loss prevention.

Ms. Lankford joined Cracker Barrel in October 2018 as Senior Corporate Counsel, overseeing the Employee Relations department and advising the company on all aspects of labor and employment law. Ms. Lankford was later promoted to Associate General Counsel and then Vice President, Deputy General Counsel. Prior to joining Cracker Barrel, Ms. Lankford was a litigation partner at Thompson Burton, PLLC. 

Ms. Lankford received her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law.

Masino

Julie Felss Masino was named President and Chief Executive Officer for Cracker Barrel in July 2023 and assumed the position, along with an appointment to the Company’s Board of Directors, November 1, 2023.

A seasoned executive with a track record of success, Ms. Masino has more than 30 years of experience driving innovation and growth for globally loved and recognized restaurant and retail brands.

Ms. Masino previously served as the President, International of Taco Bell, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc. (NYSE: YUM) from January 2020 to June 2023. From January 2018 to December 2019, she served as President, North America of Taco Bell. Ms. Masino served as the President, SVP and GM Fisher-Price at Mattel, Inc. (Nasdaq: MAT) from April 2017 to January 2018. Prior to her service at Mattel, Ms. Masino served as the President and then the Chief Executive Officer of Sprinkles Cupcakes from 2014 to 2017. From 2002 to 2014, Ms. Masino served in various leadership roles at Starbucks Corporation (Nasdaq: SBUX). She began her professional career in corporate positions at a variety of retail companies, including Godiva Chocolatier, Coach, J. Crew, and Macy's.

She currently serves on the board of directors of Vivid Seats Inc. (Nasdaq: SEAT).

Ms. Masino has a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Sarah Moore

Sarah Moore joined Cracker Barrel in July 2024 as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer. She is responsible for leading all activities in the company’s marketing function including culinary innovation, menu strategy, advertising and digital media, loyalty, creative development, marketing communications, and guest relations.

Ms. Moore has nearly 20 years of hospitality experience and possesses deep expertise in developing and growing digital marketing initiatives, customer loyalty programs, and crafting innovative approaches that honor brand heritage while driving strong business results.

Prior to joining Cracker Barrel, she was Senior Vice President of Marketing at MGM Resorts International, where she spearheaded marketing initiatives for a portfolio of hospitality brands, including iconic resorts such as Bellagio, ARIA and MGM Grand. Ms. Moore led global brand marketing strategy, integrated media, social marketing, as well as creative and content for the entire portfolio of resorts and entertainment experiences.

Ms. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Roger Williams University. She is married to an entrepreneur and a U.S. Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel who has served our country for over 20 years, and together they are raising two young daughters.

Craig Pommells

Craig Pommells joined the Company in December 2021 as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Analysis, and all Accounting functions. 

Mr. Pommells has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. His most recent role, prior to joining Cracker Barrel, was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Red Lobster. Prior to Red Lobster, he spent more than 15 years with Darden Restaurants in various finance and business analytics roles. 

Mr. Pommells holds an MBA from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Donna Roberts

Donna L. Roberts was named Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Cracker Barrel in May 2020. She is responsible for overall strategic leadership and management of Human Resources.

Ms. Roberts joined Cracker Barrel in April 2012 as Associate General Counsel, advising the company on all aspects of labor and employment law. She was promoted to Vice President and Deputy General Counsel in 2018, and then became Vice President of Human Resources in 2019. Since joining Cracker Barrel, she’s been a six-time winner of “Best of the Bar” as nominated and voted by her peers and awarded by the Nashville Business Journal.

Before coming to Cracker Barrel, Ms. Roberts was a litigation partner at the regional law firm of Stites & Harbison, PLLC.

Ms. Roberts received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law.

Mark Spurgin

Mark Spurgin joined Cracker Barrel in January 2023 as Senior Vice President, Chief Restaurant Supply Chain Officer. He is responsible for the company’s sourcing and supply chain functions including the sourcing of food, beverages, equipment and supplies.

Mr. Spurgin, who has more than 30 years of supply chain experience, served as Chief Supply Chain Officer for Restaurant Growth Services before joining Cracker Barrel. Prior to that, he was with The Cheesecake Factory and Bloomin’ Brands, where he led global procurement, logistics, and international supply chain teams.

He is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
